Before you book a trip with Barcelona Luxury Experience, please take the time to read and understand the Booking Conditions.

Booking Conditions

RESERVATIONS:

By booking a tour with Barcelona Vip Tour (referred to in these conditions as “we” or “us”), you will be accepting these conditions on behalf of yourself and all other persons using our services pursuant to a booking made by you.

Your booking will be accepted by us on this basis. The services to be provided are those referred to in your booking confirmation invoice.

PROOF OF BOOKING:

The voucher or tour document issued and stamped by the travel agency shall be the proof of the reservation.

PRICE:

*The price to be paid shall be the price specified on the booking form.

*The price includes exactly the services contracted

*The price does not include, unless expressly stated otherwise, Taxi ride, Food & Drinks, Public Transport, which must be paid by the guest.

INSURANCE:                                              

*We do not provide any insurance. It is your full responsibility to obtain appropriate travel insurance. We strongly encourage you to have travel insurance in the event of illness, cancellation, baggage lost, delays and others

*Barcelona Luxury Experience and their freelance tour guides do not accept responsibility for any injury, loss, theft, damage or unexpected events that might occur during the tours.

DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENTS:

After we confirm availability and we accept your booking, we will raise a detailed itinerary and invoice with payment details, you are required to pay a deposit of 50%  of the total invoice of the tour for your booking to be confirmed and the remaining 50% must be paid 21 days before the tour date. If your booking is made within 21 days of the departure date then the full amount is payable at the time of booking. We accept payments via Credit Card and bank transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  

Any cancellation must be initiated by e-mail contacting us at info@barcelonaluxuryexperience.com, and will be also acknowledged by BARCELONA LUXURY EXPERIENCE  via e-mail. Last minute cancellations can also be notified via email or our whatsapp number +34 639519487. Cancellation notifications by phone will not be accepted, since we might be legally required to provide written prove of the notification having been received. Cancellation notifications sent to our guides personal phones via SMS or Whatsapp won’t be accepted since they have no access to our company systems.

Private Tours; Cancellation by the customer:

*Full refund (100%) for tours cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled starting time except tickets and entrances fee.

*No refund for tours cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled starting time or no shows.

*No-shows. If the client hasn’t shown up or made contact with us via the tour guide telephone provided in the booking form within 30 minutes after the booked starting tour time, we’ll consider it a no-show and no refund will be given. Clients booking an airport pick-up tour must contact us ASAP if their airplane is delayed or cancelled.

*What happens when one or several members of your party have to cancel but the rest still wants to tour? We won’t be able to refund the proportional part to the person or people not attending the tour, as the service will still be up because our fees are per tour, not “per person” No refund will apply when service has already been provided  either fully or partially.

Groups Incentive/Corporate Events; Cancellation by the customer:

*Full refund for events cancelled more than 21 days before the scheduled starting time, except accommodation, tickets & entrances fees are not refundable.

*No refund for events cancelled within 21 days before the event´s scheduled starting time.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ATTRACTION TICKETS:

Tickets are non-refundable (mostly because ticket purchases are final and sites don’t provide refunds). Barcelona Vip Tour will retain them to use as fit in case of Cancellation. 

CANCELLATION BY Barcelona Luxury Experience:       

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel your tour. If such an event should occur, we will refund any sum you have already paid to us, including the deposit, but we are not liable to pay any additional compensation to you. Unforeseen circumstances include but are not limited to natural or nuclear disasters, war or threat of war, riots, terrorists, fires, adverse weather conditions, pandemics and others

Weather conditions:

Our tours run in all kinds of weather. Rain or other weather conditions are not enough reason to cancel a tour. In the case of heavy rain, please bring suitable rain gear.

CHANGES  IN YOUR BOOKING:

We will make all possible arrangements for your booking with no additional charges. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible and confirm with us your request in writing. Again, we will try to accommodate you so there are no extra charges, but we can´t guarantee it. If changes are not possible to be made to your booking for whatever reason, you have the option to move forward with your originally booked arrangements, or cancel and pay the cancellation charges (if any) per below.

PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY:                        

We take full responsibility to make sure that proper security measures are in place to secure the private and confidential information that you provided us during the booking. Your collected information will be used to make reservations with hotels and with any other third party vendors as needed to complete your travel arrangements. We will share your dietary, medical or any disability information with necessary vendor partners to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip for you. In booking with us, you consent to this information being passed onto all relevant persons
